The SIlence that travels 2025

Multiplicity Exhibition June/July 2025 Silos at Sawyer Yards

The Silence that Travels explores the concept of home. Living in Houston, so many people are transplants or immigrants to our city. I moved here over 20 years ago and although this is where I have set up the home of my little family, sometimes the view from my window isn't the view I think of as home. But what is that view of home. Is it really your home, or is it a romantized version of home?  Is it a fractured vision of home?  This is my fractured vision of home, but its a romantized vision of standing on a mountain in the cairngorms listening to the heather rustle in the wind.
